Bolesławiec is a rather unusual city when it comes to the UPC cable network. Analog transmission is still available here, which means that an old analog television is enough to receive a dozen or so channels. A decoder is not required.
Since February 1, a test pattern (vertical colored bars) has been broadcast instead of the TVN channel. TVP channels work without any problems—you can watch, for example, TVP1 or TVP Info.
For now, it is not known whether TVN was deliberately switched off or whether this is simply a technical fault. The UPC network is investigating the matter.
