Forecasters warn that winter will return on Wednesday morning. There will be heavy snowfall and icy conditions.
Meteorologists:
During the night of January 9–10, the air temperature is forecast to drop below 0°C, causing wet road and pavement surfaces to freeze. The minimum temperature will range from -2°C to 0°C, and from -3°C to -1°C at ground level.
The warning is in effect until Thursday, January 10, at 7:30 a.m.
