In accordance with tradition, the ceremony will be held in the sports hall of I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec, at 11 Tyrankiewiczów Street. Holy Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Stefan Cichy.
As part of the event, participants will exchange holiday wishes while sharing the Christmas wafer. An artistic program, Christmas packages and an exhibition of artwork by people with disabilities will complement this special day.
The organizers of the Christmas Wafer Meeting—Bolesławiec County, Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Dzieci in Bolesławiec, the municipal and communal local authorities of Bolesławiec County, and parishes—cordially invite everyone interested to take part in the ceremony.
People with disabilities interested in attending the meeting may register by January 11, 2019, at the appropriate social assistance centers in Powiat Bolesławiecki, according to their place of residence.
The Christmas wafer meeting will take place on January 26 in the I LO hall. It begins at 10:00 a.m..
