On January 4, during a foot patrol, officers of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police noticed a Volkswagen vehicle on Karkonoska Street. The condition of the car indicated that it was not being used.
The officers checked who owned the vehicle. It turned out that the car in question was listed in the database of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec as stolen. (The theft of the Volkswagen had been reported three days earlier.)
Police officers were called to the scene and are carrying out further proceedings in the case.
