One woman wrote to us today:

Disabled parking spaces... apparently there is a birthday party at Kino Forum. Parents stop there and walk their children inside. People’s laziness and irresponsibility are disgraceful.

We received a photo from a reader. We also checked the footage from our camera at Piłsudskiego Square. Indeed, people drive up, park for a moment, and leave. They also leave their cars in a designated, prohibited area in the middle of the car park (marked with a wheelchair symbol).

It is a fact that drivers are breaking the rules. However, it is also true that there are often no parking spaces outside the cinema.

What do you think about this? Is it acceptable to stop for a moment in a disabled parking space, or not?
