Dear Residents of the Municipality and Town of Nowogrodziec!
On 7 December 2018, the District Court in Jelenia Góra, First Civil Division, having heard at a hearing the case brought by Leszek Socha, with the participation of the Electoral Commissioner in Jelenia Góra and the Chairperson of the District Electoral Commission [...] as well as the Chairperson of the Municipal Electoral Commission, decided to dismiss the election protest.
The mayor added: “I am pleased with the court’s decision, justice has prevailed. I hope that this severe lesson will serve as a warning to the applicant who filed the protest and that we will not witness another embarrassment.
