Residents can currently submit a preliminary declaration and a project participation questionnaire, which are the first steps a resident should take to apply for a grant.
They can be completed online at https://www.cieplo.cte.fea.pl/by 12 DECEMBER 2018.
This action is part of an assessment of needs, which is an essential preparatory stage in developing the project documentation required to obtain the grant.
The declaration is not a grant application.
