Earthworks have begun for the construction of the Stary Dworzec Retail and Service Park in Bolesławiec. The facility will be located between Chrobrego, Hutnicza and Staroszkolna streets. It will be an L-shaped building with a usable area of 4,106 m². The building will house stores of well-known brands. These will include a Martes Sport store and a Fitarena gym.
Stary Dworzec Retail Park is being built on a plot of approximately 13,500 m². The center will include premises for rent, including one intended for food service use, such as a drive-through restaurant. The retail park will also have space for a grocery market with an area of 1,175 m², a pharmacy, a clothing store, an electronics and household appliances store, a drugstore, a hair salon and more. There will also be 176 parking spaces.
