During the first session of the new Bolesławiec County Council, the deputy head of the County Board was also elected. Tomasz Gabrysiak’s Tomasz Gabrysiak deputy is Law and Justice councillor Mirosław Horzempa. Twelve councillors voted in favour, while nine voted against.
Before the election of the deputy head of the Bolesławiec County Board, former county head Karol Stasik spoke. He said he had a document signed by M. Horzempa referring to an entirely different coalition—one in which Jan Russ was supposed to become county head.
K. Stasik asked the future deputy county head whether he would also be so “true to his word” in his new position. Ryszard Kawka, head of the Bolesławiec County Council, said that councillor Horzempa did not have to answer the question.
