Once again, the Marczewski portal is a source of hate. Today, they took aim at the Solidarności roundabout between Bolesławiec and Kruszyn. The lines were being painted there around midday. The work was planned for the morning, when traffic is lighter, but the rainy weather meant that the painting had to be carried out later. The disruption lasted three hours. However, this did not stop anyone from writing a malicious text about… the elections, the opening of the roundabout and its closure. The Marczewskis linked the issue to politics, and hate poured out.
We asked the contractor about the reasons for the traffic disruption. The unpainted roundabout was opened last Friday not only because of the elections, but also so that drivers could already use it and avoid standing in huge traffic jams. We also know that the road workers’ work at the roundabout is not yet finished. In the coming days, barriers will be installed around the roundabout. However, the planned work does not involve closing the roundabout or causing traffic disruptions for this reason.
