On 19 October at 9:10 a.m., the municipal police duty officer received a telephone report from the duty officer of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters about bags of waste dumped on a green area near Kutuzowa Street. The Police were notified by a resident of the City of Ceramics.
Municipal police officers were immediately sent to the indicated location, where they confirmed the report. The bags contained plastic parts from a car.
The officers quickly identified the perpetrator of the offence. The person responsible for the litter was fined less than an hour after the report was received and required to clean up the waste. (He did so immediately, in the presence of officers of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police.)
