We have good news for drivers. On Wednesday (17 October) at 10:00 a.m., the official opening of Solidarności Roundabout, between Bolesławiec and Kruszyn, will take place. The reconstruction of the roundabout lasted nearly four months. During this time, drivers had to use inconvenient detours.
The value of the work on the roundabout was PLN 2.8 million, and the contractor was Skanska S.A. As part of the project, a five-arm roundabout was designed and built, connecting: two entrances from national road No. 94, the municipal Tysiąclecia Avenue, the road serving the Kruszyn housing estate, and the connection to the new Bolesławiec bypass.
The official opening of the roundabout will be attended, among others, by Lower Silesian Voivodeship Marshal Cezary Przybylski.
