In the 10th round of the Lower Silesian IV League, BKS Bolesławiec lost 0–2 (0–1) to Stal Chocianów at Spółdzielcza. The beginning of the match did not suggest that our team would suffer defeat. BKS Bolesławiec was more active than the visitors and more often appeared in their penalty area. In the 9th minute, Adrian Kulesza showed great skill in the penalty area, but unfortunately we had nothing to show for it. In the 13th minute, Eryk Kliwak hit the ball well, but it went over the crossbar of Stal Chocianów’s goal.

Unfortunately, as time went on, the visitors began to take the initiative and things started to heat up in our penalty area. Despite this, Łukasz Graczyk had a great opportunity in the 25th minute, but unfortunately the ball struck by our player went into the side netting. When it seemed that the teams would go into halftime level at 0–0, Stal Chocianów took the lead after a free-kick cross and a precise shot under the crossbar. Dawid Sołtys was added to the scoresheet.

After the break, BKS Bolesławiec tried hard to equalize, but in the 52nd minute we received a blow that ultimately sealed our fate. With a fine free-kick, Łukasz Bednarz doubled Stal’s lead, and it became clear that it would be difficult for us to earn even a point. Despite our determined efforts, we were unable to score even a consolation goal and once again left the pitch defeated.

Our team will play its next match in Grębocice against the local Sparta (20 October, 3:00 p.m.).
