In Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, near the Cetus company, Mercedes and Citroen passenger cars collided. The driver of the Citroen, a 44-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, made an improper left turn and caused a collision with a Mercedes that was overtaking him.
The Mercedes driver, a 34-year-old from Legnica County, was taken to hospital with a spinal injury. Both drivers were sober. The incident was classified as a road accident and will be decided in court.
