The incident occurred on Tuesday, 25 September, in the evening, near the shopping gallery on Wesoła Street in Bolesławiec. A passer-by noticed a man beating a woman. He notified the police.
When the officers arrived at the scene, it turned out that an emergency medical team was already there. The ambulance took the injured woman, a 60-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, to hospital.
Fortunately, the woman did not suffer any more serious injuries; she did not require hospitalisation.
The perpetrator turned out to be a 60-year-old resident of our county. Why he hit his female peer remains unknown.
It is also unknown whether the aggressor will face any consequences for his act. That depends on the injured woman, who would have to file an official report in the matter.
