By the end of October, the company will have a canteen with its own kitchen. Employees will receive one hot meal during the day. Lunches will be prepared on site by cooks, always fresh and with a balanced diet.

Transport to the company is provided for employees from Bolesławiec and the villages adjoining it, as well as from Chojnów and Legnica. Longer-term plans include expanding the transport network to places from which employees are recruited. There is also a bicycle parking area on the company premises for everyone who prefers and is able to commute to work in an environmentally friendly way.

Caring for working comfort and safety are priorities for the directors. Employees test the workwear themselves, and the items they approve are selected. The safety shoes and fleece jackets are of the highest quality and made by trusted, reputable manufacturers.

Investing in employees’ potential is a priority for management. Employees are the heart of XPO Logistics, and this is not merely a slogan but real action: the hot meals mentioned earlier and the company kitchen used to prepare them, high-quality workwear, water tanks placed every few steps so employees have easy access to water during physical work, care for a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the search for the best solutions based on employees’ own ideas.

These ideas later lead to the implementation of innovations, particularly in technology. It is with people that ambitious challenges are undertaken and responsibility for them is accepted. Creativity in thought and action characterizes the working style and methods at XPO Logistics.
