A reader informed us about a wreck frightening residents in the courtyard at Żwirki i Wigury Street in Bolesławiec.
She wrote in an email to the editorial office:
Referring to one of the articles about “ghost cars” that litter city streets and block parking spaces in the city—there is another one that has already grown into the parking space in the courtyard at Żwirki i Wigury Street.
She added:
The car has literally grown into the paving stones.
We reported the matter to the Bolesławiec Municipal Police duty officer, who informed us that officers had received a report concerning the vehicle in question as early as May this year. However, they cannot tow the car because it is on an internal road. Only the property manager can do so. In this case, that is the Municipal Housing Management Plant.
