Let us recall. On Sunday, we reported that the trackway on Cieszkowskiego Street in Bolesławiec was being renovated once again. There were traffic difficulties on this section.
“Due to the modernization of the crossing to Orlen, we are replacing all railway materials. We are doing this for transport safety. In previous years, as far as we observed, only preventive work was carried out; the trackway had not been touched for a long time,” explains Krzysztof Michalak from Mitor, the company carrying out the renovation. “We are replacing the ballast, sleepers and rails. We will restore the asphalt.”
