Soon, an Ibis hotel will be built at Popiełuszki Square. M&J Modern Construction has presented renderings of the building:
Hotel
Let us remind you. We reported on the matter back in May. During the May session of the Bolesławiec City Council, councillors unanimously adopted a resolution on “the adoption of a local spatial development plan for the area located at ks. J. Popiełuszki Square in Bolesławiec”.
What does this mean? It means that a hotel could indeed be built at ks. Jerzy Popiełuszki Square—and not just any hotel, but an Ibis. “Let’s hope it will be a building belonging to this chain,” the mayor said at the time. “As a result, both Orka and the hotel will be able to earn more.”
The building is to have 65 rooms. What do you think? We will return to the subject.
