Construction of the internal road connecting Łokietka and Piaskowa streets in Bolesławiec has been completed. The project also included a parking lot and a playground. The parking lot has 16 spaces for passenger cars. The road, pavement and parking spaces are surfaced with concrete paving blocks. The area is illuminated by six street lamps.

The playground features swings, a merry-go-round and small architectural elements, namely benches and bins. So-called safety surfaces have been installed around the play equipment.

The playground is fenced. The contractor was Sitkowski from Legnica, while the design was prepared by Wir from Lubin. The project cost PLN 485,774. The funds came from the Bolesławiec municipal budget.

A new playground has been created on a separate plot of land on Piastów Street. The playground features swings, spring riders, a merry-go-round, a slide and fitness equipment:

  • runner
  • elliptical trainer
  • twister
  • exercise bike.

The safety zones are made of sand and grass. The site also includes small architectural elements, namely benches and bins. The playground has been fenced. In addition, an access route—a paved-block walkway—was built. The total cost of constructing the playground was PLN 77,555. The construction contractor was Magic Garden, based in Pakość.

A small playground with swings was also built behind the buildings on Komuny Paryskiej Street. As part of the modernization of the courtyard at 8–23 Komuny Paryskiej Street, new road and pavement surfaces and lighting were installed. The modernization cost PLN 435,420.

The surfaces are made of concrete road paving blocks (886 m2) and bituminous material (1,123 m2). The work included, among other things, adjusting sewer and telecommunications manholes, valve chambers and stormwater inlets, installing park-style road lighting, and renovating the road lighting on Garncarska Street.
