Joanna Moroz-Korycka is the new president of the District Court in Bolesławiec. “I will try to manage the court as well as possible, just like the outgoing president, Rafał Gruca,” the new head of the District Court announces. “We are trying to handle as many cases as possible, although we are short-staffed. But that seems to be the case in every institution these days. Nevertheless, judges from all departments are doing their best to perform their work.”
The new president of the District Court in Bolesławiec replaced Judge Rafał Gruca, who headed this Bolesławiec institution for the past 8 years and could not be appointed for another term.
