The initiative will be the artistic component of the region’s largest event, the Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival, and Poland’s largest unique ceramics fair, which will take place in Bolesławiec in August 2018. The parade will pass through the city centre on Saturday, 18 August.
The boleslawianie.eu Association and istotne.pl invite everyone to join in the fun and help organise the event. Anyone who would like to take part in Glina Show—that is, paint themselves with clay slip, design their own costume or volunteer during the event and help organise it—can contact us using the contact form.
Glina Show is an initiative of Bolesławiec residents from the boleslawianie.eu Association. It is also a social campaign in which residents become personally involved in promoting the unique qualities of the city and region, identifying with their “small homeland”.
The aim of organising Glina Show is simple: to promote the city and region in the broadest sense through an exceptional initiative engaging residents and tourists, and to showcase the uniqueness of this ceramics city across the Euroregion.
