As we read on the website of Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Trzebieniu (Bolesławiec municipality):
We finally managed to purchase a light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle using funds that our female and male volunteer firefighters, as well as the unit’s friends, “raised with their own hands.” We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the following people for the work they put into adapting the vehicle for rescue operations: Marzena and Rafał Nawara (NAWARA Serwis), Krzysztof Dudkiewicz, Jarosław Jarus, Mariusz Kwaśniewski (Pomoc Drogowa Speed-trans), Grzegorz Miszko and Paweł Szymczyk.
The volunteer firefighters add that from the day the vehicle was placed into operational service, which took place on 8 May, until 5 June, it took part in 14 interventions. “This shows how useful it is for our unit and the residents of Bolesławiec County,” say the volunteer firefighters from Trzebień.
