The incident occurred on Transportowa Street in Jelenia Góra. At the scene, the guards found a man aged around 60 in a state of deep alcohol intoxication. He had no documents with him. They were unable to establish contact with him.
Due to the genuine threat to his life, an emergency medical team was called to the scene. Until the team arrived, the guards monitored the man's vital signs. The intoxicated man was taken to hospital.
It turned out that the 60-year-old had 6 promille of alcohol in his blood.
