During the construction of a house on Jagiellonów Street in Bolesławiec, more unexploded ordnance was found – a dozen or so Soviet shells from World War II. Residents were evacuated. Sappers from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment arrived at the site.

The operation has been completed. Residents may return to their homes. The sappers will transport the shells to a training ground. They will be detonated there.
The site of the explosive find was secured by police officers, firefighters and municipal guards.
