Flooded roads, cars, yards and buildings are the result of the storm that passed over Bolesławiec on Thursday afternoon. Firefighters are pumping water out of many buildings. Bolesławiec firefighters are being assisted by units from the county and neighboring counties.
Firefighters are working, among other places, in the building at the market on Jeleniogórska Street, as well as on Bielska and Garncarska streets, near Aleja Wojska Polskiego and in many other parts of the city. Water also inundated farms in Kraśnik Dolny, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Zebrzydowa. Firefighting reinforcements from neighboring counties have arrived in our city.
