Bogdan Biernat, a Bolesławiec City Council councillor who stood in the local elections from the PiS list, has resigned his membership of the Ziemia Bolesławiecka and Law and Justice councillors’ club. He explained his decision by saying that the club was not taking any effective action—and that there were not even any joint meetings.
The PiS councillor announced that he would not join any of the clubs in the City Council; he would serve as an independent councillor.
As a councillors’ club must have at least three members, the ZB club in the Bolesławiec City Council ceased to exist.
