On Friday, February 20, a night spinning marathon was held at the MOSiR indoor swimming pool. The event lasted 3 hours. All participants completed Friday’s marathon. Despite the tremendous effort, smiles remained on their faces from the first to the last minute of the ride.
Spinning is the most popular form of training on stationary bikes. Participants improve their endurance and fitness. Cycling is also a source of motivation and relaxation, teaches breathing techniques, burns unnecessary calories, and strengthens the circulatory, respiratory, muscular, and nervous systems.
After the marathon, all participants enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool. The event was led by instructors Daniel Milewicz and Krzysztof Kotowski.
