– Thank you for drawing attention to a dangerous spot on the road map of Lower Silesia – Konrad Antkowiak, spokesperson for the Lower Silesian Roads and Railways Service, which manages Garncarska Street, tells istotne.pl Konrad Antkowiak. – DSDIK services in Wrocław will conduct an on-site inspection of the aforementioned section of the provincial road and assess whether installing traffic lights at this specific location is justified.
He added: – We will inform the editorial office by April 20 this year., after analysing the situation described.
Let us remind you. A Reader contacted our editorial office, asking for intervention regarding a dangerous pedestrian crossing on Garncarska Street, near Stary Młyn. The man, who spoke on behalf of residents of a nearby newly built housing estate, stressed that more and more people, including children, use the crossing.
In his opinion, it is dangerous there, and additional marking of the crossing would improve the situation – for example, by installing traffic lights with a push button or intelligent traffic lights. (Like those located on Tysiąclecia Avenue).
We will return to this subject.
