We received a report from residents who walk around the Mikhail Kutuzov Cemetery that employees of Ogrody Jagielski are dumping green waste there.
“Branches are being taken there,” corrects Maciej Jagielski, the owner of Ogrody Jagielski. “I doubt they will start to smell and rot. I plan to make a fascine fence out of them.”
He adds that the same matter has already been reported to the police by councillor Adam Biesiadecki, the same local official who reported an alleged illegal dump on M. Jagielski’s plot in Zabobrze to the municipal police in the spring of last year. (We wrote about it in the article A Horrible Stench in Zabobrze. A Dump on Private Property?).
“Mr Biesiadecki is very active in this field. And unfortunately, only in this one,” the businessman adds.
The Romanowe Forum councillor told the istotne.pl portal that he had received such a report from his constituents, but that another resident of Zabobrze notified the police about the matter. (The latter thought the waste was being taken onto his property).
Meanwhile, it emerged that M. Jagielski was bringing the branches onto HIS OWN PLOT. Bolesławiec police officers were on the site on Good Friday. They found no irregularities. (The businessman showed the officers the notarial deed).
