One of the items on the agenda of the March session of the Bolesławiec City Council was a vote on a draft resolution concerning naming one of the streets in the Przylesie housing estate “Sokola”. The explanatory statement to the document reads:
The newly created street is located in the western part of the city of Bolesławiec, within the boundaries of the Przylesie housing estate, II Armii Wojska Polskiego Street and the Kutuzov Cemetery. [...]
The proposal to name the newly created street is connected with the expansion of the residential estate and the need to assign street numbers to newly constructed properties. The Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Construction Committee of the Bolesławiec City Council gave the proposal a positive opinion.
