The warning is in effect from Friday, March 16, at 1:00 p.m., until Saturday, March 17, at 1:00 a.m. Meteorologists forecast:

  • moderate-intensity snowfall
  • an increase in snow cover of 5 to 10 cm, locally up to 15 cm
  • wind at an average speed of 20 to 25 km/h, with gusts up to 55 km/h, from the northeast, which will cause snowstorms.

In the evening, the temperature will drop below 0°C, causing wet road and pavement surfaces to freeze. The minimum temperature at night will range from -7°C to -5°C, and at ground level from -9°C to -7°C. Subzero air temperatures will persist over the following days.
