The incident occurred after 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of Kosiby Street and Spokojna Street, right next to the municipal stadium. A 27-year-old resident of Lwówek County, driving an Opel, failed to yield to a 35-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, who was driving an Audi. The Audi driver, who suffered a spinal injury, was taken to hospital. The incident was classified as an accident and will be decided in court.
