Legnica police officers stopped the driver of a Mercedes passenger car for a traffic check. The reason? The man was behaving nervously.
The same was true during the inspection. The officers therefore decided to check the 42-year-old in the police database. It soon emerged that the suspect had got behind the wheel despite a court-imposed ban on driving motor vehicles.
As if that were not enough, the 42-year-old had methamphetamine and amphetamine on him—more than 100 street doses in total.
The resident of Trzebnica County was detained and placed in police custody. He could now face up to five years in prison.
