The accident occurred in early October in Raciborowice. Cezary Przybylski had attended a meeting of the councillors’ club. While driving home, he hit a pedestrian on a bend in the road; the man had unexpectedly entered the roadway.
“According to the expert opinion, the man who was hit was responsible for the accident,” says Grzegorz Górski, the Police press spokesperson.
The accident occurred approximately 150 metres from the deputy district governor’s home. Cezary Przybylski was sober. He immediately informed the relevant services about the incident.
