I hope this is the last time I write to you about this matter. All of Hubert’s loved ones are very much hoping to see Him at home soon. Hubert has regained consciousness, remembers and understands everything. He still has a very long road ahead of Him, but what he has achieved so far with the help of wonderful doctors is a true miracle after such a tragic accident, which he barely survived...
Let’s give Him a chance to get back on His feet quickly and return home. Nothing is impossible.

Let us recall: we have reported on this matter in our articles many times. In the first half of November, Majka, Hubert’s friend, a resident of Lwówek County, who in August, while carrying out construction work on Jagiellonów Street in Bolesławiec, severed his carotid artery with an angle grinder, asked us to share an appeal from the injured man’s mother. (We present the appeal below.) “This boy has to come back to us!” Mrs. Majka said at the time.

My name is Marzena Łoza, and I live in Kotliska near Lwówek Śląski. I am the mother of six children, [...] one of whom has a disability. In August this year, our family suffered a terrible tragedy. My oldest son, Hubert Targoński, aged 21, had an accident at work while cutting concrete with an angle grinder. During the cutting, the disc broke and severed the arteries of the carotid artery on the right side, causing him to lose consciousness and be taken to hospital.
Hubert has been in the intensive care unit from 24 August 2017 to the present day. My son’s condition is serious; after the accident, he was in a coma. Hubert is now conscious, but due to extensive complications, there is no contact with Him.
Hubert urgently needs intensive rehabilitation to achieve partial independence, as well as medical care. We are currently trying to raise funds to cover the costs at the Functional Rehabilitation Centre Clinic, where he will receive specialist care. The costs of treatment and rehabilitation itself are very high, far beyond our financial means.
Therefore, I am asking very much for financial support for my child. Every zloty is HUGE SUPPORT for Hubert and IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Thank you in advance for your help.
