Three American soldiers were injured in an accident near Świętoszów in Lower Silesia. A total of five people were injured. The soldiers, dressed in civilian clothes, were traveling by taxi on Friday when another car collided with it.
The accident occurred on the route from Świętoszów to Żagań, near the exit to Łozy. Initial findings indicate that a 66-year-old man driving a Citroen failed to yield the right of way to the taxi driver. That vehicle then collided with another car.
The police and the Military Gendarmerie are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
