The tender will be held on 16 February 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at the Bolesławiec Municipal Office, ul. Teatralna 1a (room no. 13).
A condition for participating in the tender is payment of a deposit into the account of the Municipal Office held by Łużycki Bank Spółdzielczy w Lubaniu, Bolesławiec Branch, account no. 92 8392 0004 2600 2017 2000 0040, by 12 February 2018. (the date of payment of the deposit is deemed to be the date on which the required amount is credited to the Municipal Office’s account). Proof of payment must be presented before the tender. The property may be inspected on business days from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by prior telephone appointment.

If the person designated as the purchaser of the property fails, without justification, to appear at the place and time set by the tender organizer for the conclusion of the agreement, the Wójt of the Municipality may withdraw from concluding the agreement, and the deposit paid will not be refunded. The right to cancel the tender in the event of a justified reason is reserved.
