During Wednesday’s conference of local government officials from Bolesławiec County, the government’s Mieszkanie Plus programme was also discussed. “The Sejm obliged counties to prepare information on State Treasury land that could potentially be allocated for investments related to residential construction,” explained Deputy Starosta Tomasz Gabrysiak.
Some counties were unable to complete this task. The Bolesławiec county authorities did. As it turns out, the two cities in our county (Bolesławiec and Nowogrodziec) contain as many as 135 undeveloped State Treasury plots with a total area of more than 70 hectares. “At present, fairly intensive work is under way to inventory State Treasury land in rural areas,” added T. Gabrysiak.
It is not yet known where the apartments under the government programme will be built. The assessment of the inventoried plots will be carried out by government services. We will certainly return to this subject.
Update
It is now known that the TBS single-person building has been included in the Mieszkanie Plus programme.
