The local spatial development plan for the village of Nowe Jaroszowice—Resolution No. XXIII/155/05 of the Bolesławiec Municipal Council dated 30 March 2005—contains the following designations for plot no. 273/1, Nowe Jaroszowice precinct: an area of service and homestead development, marked on the plan with the symbol 38U/RM; and, in part, forest areas marked with the symbol ZL.
The tender will be held on 16 February 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bolesławiec Municipal Office, 1a Teatralna Street (room 13).
A condition for participating in the tender is payment of a deposit into the Municipal Office account held by Łużycki Bank Spółdzielczy w Lubaniu, Bolesławiec Branch, account no. 92 8392 0004 2600 2017 2000 0040, by 12 February 2018. The date of payment is deemed to be the date on which the required amount is credited to the Municipal Office account. Proof of payment must be presented before the tender. The property may be inspected on working days between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., by prior telephone appointment.

If the person designated as the purchaser of the property fails, without justification, to appear at the place and time set by the tender organizer for concluding the agreement, the Head of the Municipality may withdraw from concluding the agreement, and the deposit paid will not be refunded. The right to cancel the tender in the event of a justified reason is reserved.
