The collision occurred at the intersection of Kościuszki Street and Góralska Street. According to police findings, the driver of a Suzuki, a 27-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, was leaving Góralska Street and failed to yield the right of way to the driver of an Opel. A collision occurred. Fortunately, no one suffered serious injuries. Paramedics provided assistance at the scene to the 71-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County who was driving the Opel. The police confiscated the driving licence of the person responsible for the collision. The case will be decided in court.
