At Wańkowicza Street, near the day-care center, the head of an adult cat was lying on the ground. We do not know whether the animal was abused or perhaps died and was torn apart by other animals. A police forensic technician will investigate the matter.
“There is no shortage of beasts in human skin,” says a person involved in animal care, moved by the discovery.
Taking this information as an opportunity, we would like to draw attention to homelessness among animals—especially cats—and their difficult situation. If you would like to help, we recommend Bolesławieckie koty. It is a community that helps homeless cats find permanent or temporary homes and takes care of feeding the animals.
