Nearly 600 district officers from across the voivodeship are taking part in the poll. The media partners of the initiative, which is part of the “District Officer Closer to Us” programme, are “Gazeta Wrocławska” and Telewizja Echo24. Votes for district officers are cast via SMS messages. Some of the funds raised this way will be donated to the family of a police officer who died in the line of duty.
How can you vote for district officers from our county? You can find the instructions on the “Gazeta Wrocławska”website. Our officers can be voted for until 8 January.
“We encourage you to vote!” say the organisers. “Let’s choose the most popular district officer in Lower Silesia—the district officer who enjoys the greatest trust among residents.”
