WOPR rescuers received: a motorized rescue boat with a boat trailer, two sets of equipment for divers, and first-aid equipment (an orthopedic board, a first-aid kit and a training mannequin). The city office made the purchase as part of the “Our Safety in Our Hands” project.
The equipment cost nearly PLN 67,000. The city obtained half of the amount from voivodeship funds.
The headquarters of the WOPR branch in Bolesławiec is located at 24 Spacerowa Street. The equipment was purchased to improve the safety of people relaxing by local bodies of water.
