The exhibition is accompanied by free workshops, which will take place on December 4, 7 and 8, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. After visiting the exhibition, children will make Viking shields based on historical designs, jewelry inspired by beads discovered in Truso, or assemble models of the famous Viking drakkars. The exhibition “Vikings. Truso—the Legend of the Baltic” was prepared in cooperation with the Archaeological and Historical Museum in Elbląg, the Lusatian Museum in Zgorzelec, and the Serbo-Lusatian Warriors’ Fellowship—Biełoboh, and will be on display until the end of January 2018.
