The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity will play again in Bolesławiec. The initiative was undertaken by the Youth City Council, with organizational support provided by BOK-MCC. Deputy Mayor Kornel Filipowicz attended the organizational meeting.
The WOŚP finale in Bolesławiec went very well last year, although we did not have a staff, so volunteers from Nowogrodziec collected donations here. Concerts by various bands were held at the Stary Theatre. Blood was also collected from donors during the finale; 36 blood donors registered, and 34 donated blood. A total of 15.3 liters were collected. This year we will have an orchestra in Bolesławiec—our own!
