On Thursday, November 9, the “Akademia Rozwoju” Kindergarten in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality) was visited by soldiers from the 23rd Artillery Regiment: Andrzej Czerwiński (father of Błażej and Hubert) and Żaklina Studzińska. “The purpose of the meeting was to learn about the specifics of the profession, talk about serving our homeland, and demonstrate soldiers’ equipment,” says Agnieszka Pleśniak from Akademia Rozwoju.
The preschoolers recited Władysław Bełza’s poem “The Polish Child’s Catechism” for the soldiers and sang the Mazurek Dąbrowskiego. Pleśniak adds:
We unanimously agree that military service is highly responsible, requires many sacrifices and extraordinary courage. We sincerely thank you for the meeting and wish you much success in your professional and personal life.
