As we read on the Facebook profile of the Orzeł Cultural Education Centre, a theft occurred in front of the centre on Wednesday, 8 November:
The man in the blue hood decided to take the wheel from a bicycle belonging to a participant in the theatre classes. If you recognise the main character in the video, please let us know!
The girl who was robbed is in a difficult financial situation at home. Fortunately, a donor was found who bought the child a replacement wheel. This does not change the fact that the perpetrator must be caught. Please help! CIK Orzeł telephone number: 75 645 35 98.
