The blood donation bus will be stationed outside the Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych im. Ignacego Domeyki in Bolesławiec on Monday, October 30. Between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., people will be able to donate blood for Szymon Członka, a student of “Elektronik” and a resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality, who is awaiting a very serious operation.
You can become a blood donor if you:
- are 18–65 years old and have a valid photo ID with you
- have not had jaundice, syphilis, psoriasis or diabetes
- have not undergone surgery, an endoscopic procedure, a tattoo, ear piercing or piercing of other body parts in the past 6 months
- do not have serious diseases of the circulatory, digestive, nervous, respiratory or urinary systems.
Please come:
- well rested
- after a light meal
- with a photo ID confirming your identity, containing your PESEL number and residential/registered address (e.g. an identity card or driving licence)
- do not consume alcohol or other mood-altering substances on the day before and on the day of donating blood
- do not smoke cigarettes
- make sure your body is properly hydrated.
