On Saturday, October 14, after 2:00 a.m., cameras recorded two groups of young people returning from a party. The videos you are watching were recorded at 2:00 a.m. and at 4:00 in the morning. In the first, a wired-up clown punches car mirrors for sport; in the second, a tired young woman lies down on a car hood for a brief rest.
When the affected driver called the police to report the damage, he was asked: are the damages serious? The damage is not extensive, but if such thoughtless people are allowed to get away with it, they may feel free to destroy other people's property with impunity. Do you have any ideas about what to do about such vandalism?
